The hotel offers facilities such as free transportation cards for guests to explore the city.

There is no gym or swimming pool on the premises.

The only downside is that some rooms may have noise issues due to the old building.

I had the most delightful stay at a charming hotel that offered a stunning view of Lake Leman. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the boat taxis for a leisurely ride across the lake. The room exuded luxury, with a beautiful chandelier hanging above the bed. The bathroom was spotless and spacious, making me feel like royalty. The buffet breakfast was abundant and scrumptious, ensuring a great start to the day. The staff went above and beyond, escorting me with an umbrella to the underground passageway so that I didn't have to face the rain or traffic. Truly memorable!

The only minor issue I encountered was the limited halal food options available in the restaurant. the staff was accommodating and offered packed lunches with halal meat for our day trips.

The elevator in the hotel was quite old and small, which made it a bit inconvenient and crowded at times. In addition, our first room had a strange odor, but the staff quickly resolved the issue by changing our room and ensuring that we were comfortable.

The breakfast was superb, the location extraordinary, friendly staff, multilingual, exceptional receptionist.
